The Grant Management Advisor is responsible for
conducting organizational assessment and providing capacity building support to USAID local implementing partners (LIPs) to improve their grant management, administration and control system and ensure compliance with US Government grant management requirements and standard provisions.
S/he will develop standard templates and reporting requirement and build sub grant management capacity.
The Grant Management Advisor will report to the ASAP Ethiopia Country Team Leader
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in finance or business administration with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience working in financial management and grants management of international organizations
Experience managing USAID grant and have expert knowledge in USG rules and regulations.
