Experience:15 Years for BA 12 Years for MBA/MSc out of these 5 Years on senior Manager position of leading a business unit in import-export or factor

2.Job Position:Factory Manager

Education:BSc/Msc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering & related fields of study

Experience:9 years for BA 7 Years for MBA/MSC ,Out of these 3 years on managerial position in a factory

3.Job Position:Export Manager

Education:Master Degree/Degree in Marketing ,Business Administration ,Accounting ,Management ,Economics

Experience:10 Years direct work experience out of which 5 years in leading the export of coffee, oil seeds, pulses or cereals commodity  is mandatory or 12 Years direct work experience out of which 5 years in leading the export of Coffee, oil seeds ,Pulses and cereals commodities is mandatory.

Place of Work:No.2 is in Gelan factory and the rest in Addis Head Office
