Magnolia Hotel and Conference Center, a newly established hotel which is found opposite to the Ell (European Union Delegation) Bole Sub City, would like to recruit qualified and motivated candidates for the following posts:

  1. Front Office Department :- Reservation Supervisor
  2. House Keeping Department :- Floor Supervisor, Room Attendants, Public Area Attendant, etc
  3. Food & Beverage Department :- F&B Admin & Services: Food & Beverage Manager, Cost Controller
  4. Fitness Center :- Fitness Cente Manager, Massage experts, GYM attendants, Pool Attendants etc
  5. Sales & Marketing Department: Sales Executives, Social Media Coordinator, Marketing executive
  6. IT Department: IT Manager, IT Technician (Hotel Experienced)
  7. Human Resources Department: Human Resource Coordinator,
  8. Security Department:- Chief Security, Security, Security shift leader
  9. General Manager Office:- persona! Assistant (Executive Secretary)

Minimum requirements

If you are interested in any of these position & acquire hotel experiences is more advantageous. For all managerial positions first degree or equivalent on the field they are applying is a must.

For all other positions minimum 10 grade +TVT is required. COC certifications would have a priority

Experience on the position applied would be an advantage.
