Job Title: Customer Service Representative I
Job Summary: The purpose of this job is to provide clients/ gusts with primary level information about the bank and respective units’ function; to maintain the office look and ambiance and ensure its convenience and attractiveness; to facilitate the works of the department to which she/ he is assigned by planning their office supplies requirement and availing stationery and related items; to perform secretarial duties; to organize the departmental records and correspondences with internal and external customers.
Educational Qualification Required:
- B.A in Marketing Management, Management, Administrative Service Management and Technology System or in related fields.
- Only Graduate of 2018/2019
- CGPA3.00 and above
