1.Job Position:Administration & Finance Assistant
Purpose
The purpose of the position is to plan ,Organize ,Direct, Coordinate and supervise finance/Accounting ,Personnel Administration ,General services & logistics of the field coordination office.The incumbent Provides effectively & efficient support and advice to the office Coordinator and other team members on management matters as required .He/she also manages the day to day actively of some financial routines ,coding ,posting and preparation of timely and accurate periodic financial reports. The incumbent also ensures compliance with the relevant policies,& Procedures ,tracks project budgets & verifies the accuracy & completeness of financial transactions.
Qualification: Degree in Accounting ,Business Administration or Related fields
Experience:At least 6 years relevant experience

2.Job Position:Food Security/Nutrition Officer
Purpose
The purpose of the position is to plan ,Organize ,Direct and coordinate the food security and nutrition component of the project to which the incumbent is assigned .Among other things. He/she will be responsible for Conducting nutritional surveys and assessment of local food systems; Capacity building of local stakeholders in the area of food and nutrition security ;Supervision of development ,Workers assigned ;overseeing project activities pertaining to the enhancement of agro-ecologically and nutrition sensitive food production ,On-off farm income generation activities ,livelihood diversification and value chain empowerment of grassroots communities .
Qualification :MSC/BSc Degree in Agricultural Sciences ,Development Studies ,Economics ,Nutrition , Public Health or related fields
Experience:3/6 years of relevant experience in a rural/pastoral area context

3.Job Position:M & E/ Social Inclusion Officer
Purpose
The purpose of the position is to lead and facilitate processes of monitoring evaluation. learning and accounting pertaining to the project of assignment .In connection with this, the incumbent will collect ,compile and analyze data for planning and reporting on progress .tracking changes ,assessing impact ,as well as documenting and disseminating learning ,Moreover .He/she will develop and facilitate systems and procedures that ensure “no one is left behind” in the implementation and governance of the project ,the target groups having their rightful space for participation ,Voice, entitlement and protection.
Education:MSc/BSc in Economics ,Sociology ,Development studies ,Statistics or related fields
Experience:3/6 years relevant experience

- Proficiency in verbal and written English
- Familiarity with the local context,
- and knowledge of the local vernacular is advantageous
