Fleet Maintenance Planner


  • Legal Operations Management: The legal service manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the legal department or firm.
  • This includes managing budgets, allocating resources, and implementing processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards is a crucial aspect of the legal service manager’s role.
  • They stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations, assess the impact on the organization, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  • Client Relationship Management: The legal service manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • They work closely with clients to understand their legal needs, provide advice and guidance, and ensure that services are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and managing legal risks is an important part of the legal service manager’s role. They assess potential risks, develop strategies to mitigate them, and ensure that appropriate risk management processes are in place.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: The legal service manager monitors the performance of the legal team and prepares reports on key metrics such as case outcomes, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
  • They use this information to identify areas for improvement and make strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: The legal service manager collaborates with other departments within the organization, such as human resources, finance, and compliance, to ensure that legal services are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Job Requirement:                       



  • A bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field is typically required.
  • Professional certifications or licenses may be beneficial.
  • Additional education or training in business management, leadership, or related fields can be advantageous.


  • Previous experience working in a legal department or law firm, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Experience managing a team of legal professionals and overseeing legal operations.
  • Experience in client relationship management and providing legal advice and guidance to clients.


  • Knowledge of risk management principles and strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of legal principles, processes, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
