Job Description:

The Bank would like to invite competent and qualified candidates to apply for the following positions to be hired on permanent basis:

1. Job Position: Finance Officer
Essential Function:

Prepares daily capital, deposit and disbursed loan positions to concerned organs of the Bank.
Prepares weekly reserve & liquidity report and ensures that it is sent to NBE in time,
Reconcile the daily system suspense and inter-branch accounts.
Prepares and checks the accuracy of payroll and makes sure that monthly and bimonthly payrolls are timely dispatched to branches where the employees maintain thew accounts and send the head office employees’ salary payment,
Prepares and checks the accuracy of payroll and make sure that external payroli services are timely dispatched to branches where the employees maintain their accounts.
Prepares and facilitates the due effect related to the bonus and salary increment,
Performs other duties as required

Job Requirements: BA in Accounting, Accounting & finance, Banking & Insurance, Banking & finance, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields with 4-6 months of experience in accounting
Place of work: Addis Ababa

2. Job Position: Customer Service Specialist
Essential Function:

Receive and deliver physical cash from and to customer,
Collect/pay cash and debit/credit the respective accounts.
Update passbook, print deal slip or issues a customer advice,
Issue and sign Payment Instruments,
Entertain deposit of cheques and other financial instruments.

Job Requirements: BA in Accounting, Accounting & finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields with 1.5 year of experience or Diploma (Level 4) in the same fields with 3 years of experience in banking operation, customer service operation in banking industry
Place of work: Addis Ababa
