1.Job Position:Finance Manager

Education:MA or BA degree in Accounting and Finance or Management Relevant Experience in Project Finance 2year for MA ,6 years for BA out of which 2 years in Managerial position and worked on IPSAS

Experience:NGO experience is Advantageous  and Proficient Skill in Accounting Software’s(Certificates are Mandatory)

Main Responsibilities:A Finance Manager distributes the Financial resources of a Company ,is Responsible for the budget planning ,and Supports the Executive management team and program staff by offering insights and Financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the Company .Specific duties among others are: Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial and Program staff while recommending further course of action ,Advice and Provide strategies that the company should take, Maintain the financial health of the  organization ,Analyze Costs ,pricing ,variables contributions, and the company’s actual performance compared to the plans ,Develop  trends and projection for the firms finances, Conduct reviews and valuations for Cost-Management ,Oversee operation of the finance  department ,set goals and objectives ,and design a framework   for these to be met, Manage  the preparation of the company’s budget ,Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate Monitoring of the Company finances is maintained ,Correspond with Various other departments, discussing Company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

2.Job Position:HR & Admin

Education:BA Degree or Diploma in Management ,Human Resources, Public Administration and Developmental Management or Personnel Management

Experience:Relevant Experience  2 years for BA,5 years for Diploma  .NGO experience is advantageous  and Proficient in Computer applications and Knowledge of the Labor Law

Main Responsibilities: The HR Administrative  Assistant is responsible for providing   Support to the Executive and Finance Teams by performing  wide range of Administrative & HR-related responsibilities  in a professional manner with attention to details and quality of work .Specific duties among others are:Maintain employee records (Soft and Hard Copies),Update HR database (e.g.new hires, separations, Vacation and Sick leaves),Assist in Payroll preparation by providing relevant data like absence ,bonus and leaves, Prepare paper work for HR policies and Procedures, Process Employee’ provides Orientation for new employee Company policies

3.Job Position:Sign Language Interpreter and Assistant

Education:Bachelor Degree or Diploma Sign language and Special needs


Experience: 2 year’s relevant experience As Sign language interpreter

Main Responsibilities:Among Other duties, Sign language translator and Assistant will be responsible for; Providing a Full range of interpreting/transliterating Services for deaf employees and guests, Interpret any Conversation, meeting ,and training Session ,and interview or other requested event ,Including Providing oral interpreting to employees who do not use sign language ,Responsible for interpreting in Variety of Communication modes during events such as  programs, Conferences ,and appraisals, and Counseling Sessions ,etc. for specific training needs and benefits, Responsible for Coordinating  all incoming customer interpreting Service requests through emails and Phone Calls ,Enlighten supervisor and Staff on Deaf Culture and interpreter Services prepare sign language training for staff members and deliver the training, Support/assist employees and guests with disabilities

4.Job Position:Logisticks and Store Worker

Education:BA in Management, Marketing ,Logistics or related field of Study

Experience:0 Year of experience

Main Responsibilities:A logistics and store worker organizes the storage of goods and their distribution, Coordinate the transportation of goods ,management of stock and the general flow of goods, tasked with material handling and customer service, conduct property risk assessment and insurance, ensure employees follow basic safety procedures ,track and analyze Vehicle service programs, negotiate terms and draw up contracts with Suppliers, frequently update stock management data using and bin cards
