Job Requirement

Responsibilities

• Monitor Finance, administrative ,procurement ,logistics and HR actions ,assessing operational risks and Proposing mitigation strategies
• Establish strong operation systems to guide all Fassilo Operation with the purpose of customer satisfaction, minimizing costs and being in Compliance with rules and regulations being in compliance wit rules and regulation
• Ensure operating systems are adapted and maintained throughout Fassilo
• Supervise the accounting department
• Cross-team coordination
• Ensure strong relationships are maintained between staff
• Monitor HR issues such as poor performance ,Employee dissatisfaction ,or staff learning and professional development needs, escalating issues and suggesting solutions.

Qualifications

Educational

• A degree in Business, Management ,Finance ,Accounting or appropriate field
• A minor in accounting at minimum

Work Experience

• Minimum of five years of experience in a management role in manufacturing or in a similar setting
• Experience in systems development and office administration
• Demonstrated experience with financial management tasks such as developing/updating budget projections and using accounting software
• Demonstrated experience overseeing procurement of goods and services
• Prior experience supervising staff

Skills

• Good Understanding of standard Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel,and finance/accounting software used to track transactions
• Critical thinker and self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision and within established deadlines
• Willing to perform assigned and additional duties and work under different conditions
• Strong systems and strategic thinking skills and ability to set up as Strong management systems, Processes and tools
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Professional Fluency in English and Amharic
