Education:Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office management /related fields
Experience:5 years of working experience within the field
- Maintains the dairy and arrange appointments as necessary
- Type reports and routine correspondence from dictation or written Sources
- Screens and responds to all incoming telephone calls and takes action as appropriate
- Drafts routine Correspondence for approval and signature by General Manager and Other Managers
- Receive visitors to the Office
- Opens and Distributes post
- Maintain the office filling system and records
- Make all travel arrangements for General Manager and Other Manager
- Operates Standard Office equipment such as word processor, Photocopiers, etc.
- Performs any other duties as may be assigned
- Good Organizing Skill
- Ability to work with teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills-builds good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and IT fluency
