1. Employee Service & Talent Mgmt. Officer
BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration or related field plus a minimum of 3 years in Human Resources.
Job Summary: The jobholders provides assists in the supervision, planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of the division; administering employee benefits, ensuring that all personnel files are property arranged and kept in filing cabinets: participates in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employees benefits and prepares and submit periodic reports, manage employee relations.
2. Talent Acquisition and On Boarding Officer
BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration or related field plus a minimum of 4 years in Human Resources.
Job Summary: The job holder supports AIB’s talent acquisition function. This encompasses managing the entire recruitment cycle; college / internship programs; managing the Bank’s employer branding; and other strategic programs to ensure a diverse and well-rounded candidate pipeline. S/he will implement a strategic sourcing plan for attracting high performing professionals.
Skills Requirement Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
