1. Employee Service & Talent Mgmt. Officer
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration or related field plus a minimum of 3 years in Human Resources.
Job Summary: The Jobholders provides assists in the supervision, planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of the division; administering employee benefits, ensuring that all personnel files are properly arranged and kept in filing cabinets; participates in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employees benefits and prepares and submit periodic reports, manage employee relations.
2. Talent Acquisition and On Boarding Officer
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration or related field plus a minimum of 4 years in Human Resources.
Job Summary: The job holder supports AIB’s talent acquisition function. This encompasses managing the entire recruitment cycle; college I internship programs; managing the Bank’s employer branding; and other strategic programs to ensure a diverse arid well-rounded candidate pipeline. S/he will implement a strategic sourcing plan for attracting high performing professionals.
3. Administrative Assistant I
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Administrative Services Management or related field plus minimum of one (1) year of experience in Secretarial Service
Place of Work: Addis Ababa for all positions
Skills Requirement Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
