Education: BA/MA Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
Experience፡ 6/5 years of relevant experience and also having a minimum 2 years in the managerial level of the desired position

Risk assessment capabilities and Comprehensive knowledge of risk based internal audit techniques
Through knowledge of financial sector business
Good Communication and human relation skill
Good Knowledge of Financial sector business
Problem –solving skills
Attention to detail
Basic Computer application skill
Shall also meet other fit proper criteria as stipulated under the requirements of for persons with significant influence in micro finance institution Directive no MFI 21/2012
