Job Requirement

Job Summary :The Division Head is responsible for marketing and contracting of the building services ,Overseeing the safety and maintenance of designated properties and ensuring that these properties are in compliance with all applicable regulations

• Specific Duties and Responsibilities :Searching and proposing renting Price for each building floor; Identify and proper building room services .Advertising through different means focusing on the existing Services;Overseeing security ,Fire Prevention ,and other safety systems; Scheduling and monitoring Regular building maintenance and janitorial services, resolving complaints ,problems and request from building tenants
• Desired Qualification/MA in Management or related fields of study with 8/6 years of relevant work experience out of which 3 in senior positions
• Language proficiency :Good Command of written and spoken English & Afan Oromo is required
