1. District Operation Manager

Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: 2 years as Manager, Grade D Branch or Assistant Manager, Special Branch or equivalent OR 10 years relevant experience in the banking industry after holding BA

2. Manager, Grade C Branch (Burie Damot and Buanbua-Wuha Dessie Branch)

BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: 2 years as Manager, Grade D Branch or Assistant Manager, Special Branch or equivalent OR 10 years relevant experience in the banking industry

3. Branch Manager, Grade D Branch (Finote Selam, Kucti, Agaro, Bale Goba, Korem, Mekane Selam and Sheno Branches)

BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: 2 years as Assistant Manager, Grade A Branch or equivalent OR 9 years relevant experience in the banking industry

4. Assistant Manager, Customer Service and Operation – Grade C Branch (Arba Minch, Azezo, Berecha-Adama and Buanbua-Wuha Dessie Branches)

BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: 2 years as Assistant Manager, Grade D Branch or Senior Customer Service Officer or Accountant II or equivalent OR 6 years relevant experience in the banking industry

5. Assistant Manager, Customer Service and Operation – Grade D Branch (Aykel, Agaro, Bale-Goba, Korem, Mekane Selam and Sheno Branches)

BA in Management or Accounting
Work Experience: 2 years as Customer Service Officer II or Accountant I or equivalent OR 5 years relevant experience in the banking industry
 
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
