Education፡To ensure profitable district Operation by providing responsive leadership to the local requirements in light of corporate strategic

Experience:M.A/B.A Degree in Management ,Business Administration or related field with 6/8 years of experience of which 3 years should be at a supervisory position .Specialist knowledge of the banking Sector .Full professional qualifications e.g ACCA,CPA is desirable

Leading through Vision &Values, planning and Organizing ,Decision making ,driving  for results ,building  successful team ,developing Others ,and selecting talent

2.Job Position: Branch Manager

Education፡To the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s Products Marketing new products, Acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement enhanced customer Service and Operational efficiency in the Branch

Experience:Masters or Bachelor’ s Degree in Accounting ,Management ,Banking & Finance with four /6 years of relevant work experience ;of which one year of experience should be at supervisory level

Place of  Work: Itang Branch

3.Job Position: Branch Manager -IFB

Education: To the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s Products Marketing new products, Acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement enhanced customer Service and Operational efficiency in the Branch

Experience: Masters or Bachelor’ s Degree in Accounting ,Management ,Banking & Finance with four /6 years of relevant work experience ;of which one year of experience should be at supervisory level

Knowledge of shari’ah law and principles pertaining to interest Free Banking Operation is required
