1.Job Position:Director –Transformation and Change Management Directorate

Education:Master’s Degree in Business Administration ,Economics ,Management  or related field plus a minimum of  12 years’ experience working in a transformation and change Management related role in financial Environment .

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for corporate transformation, business process improvement and change management activities in the Bank. The Job holder is responsible to develop new policies and procedures  of the Bank and ensure that the existing ones are update timely .He/She is also responsible to manage different transformation projects conducted in the bank; The job holder will identify ,Develop, deploy and retain staff within the Bank through effective talent  management .

2.Job Position:Manager-IFB Marketing and Supervision Division

EducationAn Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics , Management or related field plus a minimum of 8 year’s experience working in Banking Sector a with at least 3 years in supervisory role preferably in interest free Banking services

Job Summary

The Job holder is responsible to designs and formulates appropriate marketing strategy and Identities areas of new products or service that could add value to the bank.He/She should devise  ways to improve sales and marketing of IFB product Satisfy Customer on continuously base.
