1. Director, Engineering Service

Job Purpose: To support effective credit decision making in the Bank by ensuring true and fair valuation of property pledge for collateral and foreclosure, and to ensure cost effective and desirable physical office environment by managing the building and renovation of the layout of the Bank’s office buildings. The position is also responsible keeping at minimum the cost of budding resources used for the Bank’s operation by ensuring adherence construction and renovation of buildings.

Qualification Required & Experience: Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with eight (8) years of experience of which three (3) years should be at managerial position. Full professional qualification is desirable. Specialist experience in Engineering service and banking sector

Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Law and Legislation (LLB) or related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience.
