Director ,Digital Banking Department

• Planning, Organizing ,Directing ,Implementing and controlling the digital banking functions of the institution ;
• Developing digital banking policies and procedures; ensuring the proper implementation of approved policies and Procedures;
• Developing and proposing the digital channels strategy of the institution ; determining ATM and Point of sales acquisition strategies;
• Ensuring the execution of approved digital banking strategies ; measuring channels effectiveness;
• Ensuring compliance with the institution’s Policies and Procedures as well as with NBE directives related to digital channels;
• Directing the Implementation of card banking, Mobile banking ,internet banking and agency banking activities;
• Advising on product development and innovation around digital channels ; Developing project budgets, forecasts and plans for new digital banking services
• Developing annual plan and budget of digital banking services of the Institution ;
• Organizing and leading the implementation of new digital banking services
• Overseeing the implementation of Project related to Digital banking services in conjunction with strategy and Marketing Department;
• Following –Up the timely resolving problems related to electronic banking operation;
• Reviewing existing digital banking offerings for enhancements as a result of business goals competitive pressures and revenue opportunities
• Arranging different training to the Institution’s staff engaged in the provision of digital banking services
• Ensuring the completion of daily electronic banking transactions; Undertaking reconciliations and settlements ;
• Ensuring payable and receivables of the Institution arising from ATM and POS Transactions; are timely settled;
• Ensuring the completion of all daily electronic banking transactions processed through the digital banking system ;
• Developing maintain and disturbing reports on digital banking technology facilities ;preparing periodic reports on digital banking operation of the Institution;
Education:
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree ; Business Administration /Management /Economics /Accounting (MA/MBA Holders are preferred )
• Must have at least 10 years of working experience out of which 4 years in senior position in a Micro Finance Organization ,Retail Banking or Enterprise lending institutions
• Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sensed of rectitude ;
• Experience in working with digital transformation
• Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values
• Good analytical and evaluation skill
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of customer service and strong willingness to work in the field;
• Be a good trainer, facilitator ,mentor and coach
• Very Good communication (Presentation) skills
