Job Requirement
Qualification;
- 1 years’ banking experience with a Master’s degree related to Economics, Strategic management, Project Management, Banking and Finance, Business Leadership,
- Marketing Management, and etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Willingness to work flexible schedules as deemed necessary including weekends and evenings.
Required Competencies;
- Good Knowledge of strategy management framework/system;
- Ability to appropriately challenge the business need and propose creative ways to address them;
- Ability to think globally and look at the macro, strategic issues to inform strategy choices and strategic management process;
- Good research, analytical, reporting and writing skills;
- Openness to change and ability to receive/integrate feedback;
- Ability to plan, organize, implement and report on work;
- Outstanding communication, project management and organizational skills;
- Good presentation and facilitation skills;
- Positive, constructive attitude to work;
Role Responsibilities;
- Iterating the Digital Transformation strategy by considering the agile environments to create agile entrepreneurship;
- Evaluating, monitoring, and follow-up the successful execution of Digital
- Transformation strategic imperatives against milestones and plans;
- Translating strategic plans into transformation requirements and a project road map to deliver the required transformation.
- Monitoring and Follow-up the Implementation of the Stakeholder Engagement strategy; regularly review and amend the strategy;
- Prepare the agile digital transformation annual plan and budget by aligning with business-level strategy;
- Develop the Digital strategy management framework that encompasses strategy formulation, and execution phases.
- Instilling a digital experience vision and strategy across the bank’s value delivery touch points via learning and development mechanisms to effectively execute the strategy by collaborating with the learning and growth team;
- Understanding the megatrends, deltas, and shifts occurring and how they might impact the digital experience;
- Forming, and participating in a cross-functional team to develop innovative digital business-related functional level strategies/frameworks;
- Rethinking a disruptive operating and Business Model using the advanced methodologies continuously;

The applicant must have proven proficiency in English, Afaan Oromo and Amharic Languages
