Job Requirement
Education፡BA/MA in Accounting
Certifying in CII,ACA or IFRS Diploma is advantageous
Experience:Thriteen/Twelve Years proven & relevant post qualification insurance experience out of which two years in Resource & Facility Director Position
Knowledge & Skill
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skill including report writing skill
- Fluent in both written and spoken English language
- Team player & Capable of motivating staff working with full commitment and initiative
- Computer literacy in all Microsoft Office Packages and a strong understanding of IT Systems.
Key Duties
- To keep the executive management updated with the financial position of the Organization and provide feedback on strategic development .
- Ensure modernization of IT System for overall growth of company business
- Ensure effective procurement of goods and services
- Oversee the human resource and administration functions implementation evaluation of HR Polices and related procedures
