1. Position: Database Administrator II

Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Software engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines with a minimum four (4)years in Database administration or related fields; at least I of which preferably in the banking sector.

Job Summary: Provides support in the usage, accuracy, efficiency, security, maintenance, administration arid development of computerized database(s). S/he provides support to all work units depending on the size and network connectivity. The jobholder supports the development and change of the data management plan and models consistent with the needs/direction of the bank. This position is responsible for maintaining the company’s database systems (currently MSSQL, IBM DB2 and Oracle) including backup, performance tuning, monitoring, security, capacity planning, critical events, and documentations. Microsoft SQL server or Oracle certifications are advantageous.

2. Position: Hardware and Network Officer I

Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, electrical Engineering, computer Engineering or Information Technology or related disciplines with a minimum of 3(three) years of work experience in hardware and network troubleshooting relevant IT experiences. This job may require shift basis engagement including weekends and holidays.

Job Summary: The job holder is responsible for support, repair and maintenance of desktop infrastructure including but not limited to Computers, laptops, Printers, scanners and other terminals. He/she will troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required. 51 he also participates in network installations of various units and troubleshooting of LAN/ WAN environments. A+ or cisco certifications are advantages

3. Position: Network Administrator I

Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or related disciplines Plus, a minimum of three (3) years’ experience of in network infrastructure service.

Job Summary: The job holder is primarily responsible for monitoring and administering connectivity devices such as Switches, Routers, and end users’ computer connectivity. He / She also performs daily routine network issues and assists end users for any network related connectivity problems. CCNA or Microsoft certifications are advantageous. This job may require shift basis engagement including weekends and holidays.

Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
