Job Description
Premier Switch Solutions S.C. is an electronic payment processing company established by some of the major commercial bank of Ethiopia .It implemented a state of the art , multi-institution switch that is shared by banks to drive ATMs, POS,E-commerce ,Mobile banking and other payment channels.
Currently, the company has the below vacant position and would like to invite applicants who meet the qualification and required experience listed for the job openings.
Summary of Responsibilities:-
S/he will be responsible to attend customer queries presented on his/her shift, provide real time responses that require routine explanation, follow up status of queries transferred to other work units and maintains database of inquiries attended. S/he will also be responsible to follow activities of POSs and ATMs including the cash position of each ATM
Job Requirements
Educational Background: – BA in MIS, IT & related Field
Work Experience: – 2 years of related experience
Required Skills: – S/he has to have computer skill, good communication ability and calmness under pressure with team playing capacity.
