Field of Study: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields

Required Work Experience: No experience is required

CGPA: minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75

Year of Graduation: 2020 & 2021

Job Description:

  • Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
  • Initiates cash transfer from/to cash,
  • Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cashier,
  • Collects/pay cash and debit/credit the respective accounts,
  • Checks and balance physical cash with the Cashier,
  • Retrieve customer signatures, pictures and verify customers,
  • opening application form and receives all documents,
  • Scrutinizes and authenticates presented documents.
  • Handle front office banking operational activities

Job Description:

  • Ensures and ascertains the intactness of records of books of accounts on daily basis,
  • Ensures that all daily transaction tickets are in agreement with System output,
  • Authorizes transactions and signs documents as referred by the CSO,
  • Retains and validates Original CD against the System at time of settlement,
  • Validates and authorizes deposit/payment of Financial Instruments,
  • Dispatches/Receives cheques and Payment Instruments of other banks to/from Finance Department,
  • Keeps custody of daily transactions and account opening documents.

NB:

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated
  • Applicants for outlying Branches need to specify the location they apply for.
