Job Description:
1. Customer Relationship Officer
BA Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/ Marketing Management/ Economics or related field of study with 4years of relevant experience on marketing, sales and similar activities. Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
Required Competencies:
- Good knowledge and experience in modem sales and marketing practices in financial services industry,
- Excellent communication and customer service skill,
- Good negotiation and presentation skills,
- Willing to work under stress
2. Principal Entrepreneurship Development Officer
BA/BSc or MA/MSC Degree in Economics, Business Management, Accounting, Marketing Management, Accounting or related fields of study with 6 years of work experience in the entrepreneurship space Having experience of delivering training directly to the communities is advantageous,
Required Competencies:
- Ability to build positive relationships with youth and motivate individuals to be an entrepreneur,
- Excellent mentoring skills with oral and written communication skills,
- Well organized working style with excellent time management skills
- Ability to collect and process delivery evidence and data in line with key performance indicators.
3. Entrepreneurship Development Officer
BA/BSc or MA/MSc Degree in Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related fields of study with 2 years of work experience in the entrepreneurship space. Having experience of delivering training directly to the communities is advantageous,
Required Competencies:
- Ability to build positive relationships with youth and motivate individuals to be an entrepreneur,

- Well organized working style with excellent time management skills.

Additional/special skill: basic computer operation skill is required for all positions.
Language proficiency: Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages. Fluency in local languages will have paramount importance as well.
