Job Description:

Oromia International Bank S.C invites qualified and competent applicants for the following positions.

1. Customer Relationship Officer

BA Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/ Marketing Management/ Economics or related field of study with 4years of relevant experience on marketing, sales and similar activities. Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
Required Competencies:

  • Good knowledge and experience in modem sales and marketing practices in financial services industry,
  • Excellent communication and customer service skill,
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills,
  • Willing to work under stress
Place of work: District Offices found in the Finfinne City Adama District Office (Adama Town), Shashemene District Office (Shashemene Town), Nekemte District Office (Nekemte Town) and Dessie Relationship Office (Dessie Town).

2. Principal Entrepreneurship Development Officer

BA/BSc or MA/MSC Degree in Economics, Business Management, Accounting, Marketing Management, Accounting or related fields of study with 6 years of work experience in the entrepreneurship space Having experience of delivering training directly to the communities is advantageous,
Required Competencies:

  • Ability to build positive relationships with youth and motivate individuals to be an entrepreneur,
  • Excellent mentoring skills with oral and written communication skills,
  • Well organized working style with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to collect and process delivery evidence and data in line with key performance indicators.
Place of work: Head Office, Strategic Management and Business Development Department

3. Entrepreneurship Development Officer

BA/BSc or MA/MSc Degree in Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related fields of study with 2 years of work experience in the entrepreneurship space. Having experience of delivering training directly to the communities is advantageous,
Required Competencies:

  • Ability to build positive relationships with youth and motivate individuals to be an entrepreneur,
  • Excellent mentoring skills with oral and written communication skills,
  • Well organized working style with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to collect and process delivery evidence and data in line with key performance indicators.
Place of work: Head Office, Strategic Management and Business Development Department

Term of employment: Permanent basis,
Salary & Benefit Packages: As per the salary scale of the Bank,
Registration date: until Feb. 20, 2020
Additional/special skill: basic computer operation skill is required for all positions.
Language proficiency: Afan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages. Fluency in local languages will have paramount importance as well.
