2. Job Title: Coordinator, Distance & Continuing Education
Job Summary: The Coordinator is responsible to coordinate Distance & Continuing Education programs management, promotional activities, design market sensitive programs, timely’ delivery and preparation and dispatch of learning modules& distance learning materials.
Qualification and Experience
B.A/BSc, M.A/MSc and 5 years and 2 years respectively of related work experience in Distance and Continuing Education.
3. Job Title: TVET COC and Cooperative Training Officer
Job Summary: The position holder conducts institutional assessments before trainees sit the national assessments (COC assessment); offers orientation to all trainees for level to level transformation strategy.
Qualification and Experience
B.A in Management or Accounting and Finance or Marketing or IT and three years relevant work experience and COC level 1-4
4. Job Title: TVET Trainer
Job Summary: The job holder is responsible to instruct TVET students
Qualification and Experience
A Degree in Accounting and Finance and 2 years of teaching experience in TVET and COC level 1-4.
5. Job Title: TVET Programs Head
Job Summary. The position holder directs and coordinates vocational training programs He/she is responsible to design a range of programs that contribute to the competitive edge of the college.
Qualification and Experience
B.A/ MSC/M.A/MSC in Educational Management or Curriculum Design or related field and relevant and demonstrated competence in the area.
6. Job Title: Vocational Guidance and Counselor
Job Summary: Provides orientation for trainees about vocational offerings, institutional procedures, various opportunities for learning and assist in selecting fields of studies. Assists trainees to plan, monitor and manage their academic career and personal development. Disseminates occupational information; conducts need assessment to determine training.
Qualification and Experience
B.A/MSC/M.A/MSC in Educational Psychology, Adult Psychology, Child Psychology, Human Development Psychology etc. and 5 and 2 years respectively work experience in educational setting (preferably tertiary level).
