Job Requirement

Education:BSC in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or Advanced Diploma or TVET Diploma in Building Construction

Experience፡Minimum of 3 years for BSC and 5 years for Diploma

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepares cost estimation for all construction activities before the start of their construction and Compares these Costs with the as-built construction costs
• Prepare bill of quantities
• Supervises School construction ,hand dug wells, spring development etc…
• Certifies contract payment
• Prepare take off sheets

Language : A good command of spoken & written English
