Community Development Facilitators for BMZ Grant Project

Job  Requirement

Job Summary

• Be responsible for the factory Implementation of the sustainable Food Security and Environmental Protection project in assigned rural kebeles of Siraro district
• Closely work with respective kebele administrations, schools and project beneficiaries
• Regularly follow up and provide technical support to project beneficiary households
• Qualification and Experience
• BSC Degree in Agriculture (Plant Sciences, Animal Sciences ),Community Development ,Sociology ,NRM and related fields and minimum 2 years of progressive work experience working in development project focused on Food Security ,Economics strengthening ,Wash ,Livelihood and NRM
• Ngo experience is advantageous
• Background in facilitating Economic strengthening ,Natural resource Management has an advantage

 Technical and Other skills

• Facilitation skills
• Ability to write clear and Concise reports and to make effective oral Presentations
• Computer literacy
• Proficiency in English Language and Afan Oromo
• Motorcycle driving license
