Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Hold authorized cash , cheques ,and other Cash-worth item in safe
  • Collect authorize cash based on Proper cash receipt Voucher /VAT sales invoice and related rules
  • Effect cash payment up on an authorization by the designated authority
  • Update daily cash balance
  • Prepare daily cash balance report
  • Disburse cash to payment accountant
  • Close cash to payment account on monthly base
  • Recording VAT, withholding , pensions ,income tax and other tax record on the tax format
  • Reconcile vat input ,Output and other tax record with GL
  • Ensure the document and work sheets are properly filled for future reference
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven work experience
