Job Requirement

Business developer office will under the direct supervision of the Executive director he/she will work on  the business side of Terms of the company and dealing with various business operatives while will contribute more for its growth and ensure .its sustainability additionally he/she is responsible for supervising ,Coaching and monitoring the business activities .He/she assist the branch /area project managers in the area of identifying and Implanting feasible business ideas.

VI.Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing and maintain relationship with others organization /new partners
• Evaluate the current business situation of the Organization
• Have to plan business strategy
• Understand the situation in depth
• Identify business Opportunities and Work on feasible ones]
• Assessing the current strategy looking for ways to improve it and predicting issues down the road

VII. Required Qualification

• Master’s in Business ,Management ,Marketing and Economics
• At least 5 years’ experience in the area of business development

VIII.Other required skills

Strong skill in English ,Communication and Information technology
