1.Job Position: Branch Manager

Education:To be enable and  facilitate efficient and effective initiation and Completion of IT Project Management meant to align Operations with the strategic direction of the Bank .The Position is also takes lead in effective application acquisition/in house development /customization /modification of applications and their implementation

Experience:Master’s of Computer Engineering ,Information system, information  System ,information Science ,Software Engineering ,Electrical Engineering or related field with eight(8) years of relevant work experience ;of which  three(3) years of experience should be at managerial position.

2.Job Position:Manager,IT Systems Management

Education:To support the smooth and secure functioning of the Bank’s day to day operations by leading the effective design, implementation and administration of the bank’s Enterprise Database, Systems and Data Center

Experience:Master’s/BSC Degree in Computer Science, Computer Science ,Computer Engineering, Information Science ,Software Engineering, Electrical   Engineering ,Statistics, Mathematics and related fields with four(4)/six(6) years of  relevant  work experience; of which two years of experience should be at  Supervisory level

3.Job Position:Branch Manager

Education:To Support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by Cross selling the Bank’s products, Marketing  new products, acquiring and retaining Customers ,instituting Continuous  improvement  for enhanced customer Service and Operational  efficiency in the Branch

Experience:Master’s /Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management ,Banking & Finance with four(4)/Six(6) years of relevant work experience ;of which one year of experience  should be at Supervisory level ,Particularly as Assistant Branch Manager.

Education:To carry out design, implementation and maintenance of the database ;take backup and recovery to ensure data security and integrity and analyze data to develop Management information System reports.
