Education:
- BA Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or Economics or Management or related field of study.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as Branch Manager.
Skills:
- Good level of skill in negotiation.
- Concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.
- High moral standard and ethical value.
- Perseverance to work under immense pressure.
- Experience using financial software.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Good level of awareness about insurance law and other related legal provision awareness.
