JOB REQUIREMENT

1.Job Position:Branch Manager I

Education:BA Degree in Accounting /Management/Economics or related fields with 5 Years relevant banking experience .Familiarity with the Debre Berhan Town’s environment is necessary

2.Job Position:Prinicipal Risk Management Officer(Re-advertised)

Education:BA Degree in Accounting /Management/Economics  or related fields with 6 years relevant banking experience .Experience on risk management /Credit  or loan is required . 

Place of Work:Head Office(Risk Management  & Compliance Dep’t)

3.Job Position:Risk Management Officer(Re-advertised)

Education:BA Degree in Accounting/Management/Economics or related fields with 4 years relevant  banking experience .Experience on risk management /Credit or loan is required.

Place of Work: Head Office(Risk Management  & Compliance Dep’t)

4.Job Position:Loan Recover Officer(Re-advertised)

Education:BA Degree in Accounting /Management /Business Administration/Economics or related field of study with 2 years of relevant  banking  experience .Experience on Loan/Credit is required.

Place of Work:Head Office (Credit Monitoring & Recovery Management Dep’t)

5.Job Position:Executive Secretary

Education:BA Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management with 4 years and 6 years relevant experience for BA Degree and Diploma /Level IV respectively .

6.Job Position:Secretary

Education:Diploma/Leve IV in Secretarial Science and Office Management with 2 years relevant  experience .

Place of Work:HRM Dep’t (HR Development Division)

Additional /Special Skill: knowledge of basic computer skill is needed for all positions ,and leadership skill is needed for position number 1.
