1.Job Position፡Branch Manager III

Education:To Support the sustainable growth and profitability of the  Bank by Cross Selling the Bank’s Products, Marketing new products ,Acquiring and retaining customers, Instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency

Experience:Master’s /Bachelor ‘s Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance with four (4) six(6) years of relevant work experience should be at supervisory level. Particularly as customer Service Supervisor.

2.Job Position:Digital Channel Administration Officer

Education:To enable the Bank to effectively deliver e-banking service  to the customers, Merchants and Agents by responding to escalated queries and  complaint’s and monitor the function of various terminals

Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science ,Computer Engineering ,Information System Information Science ,Software Engineering or related field with three(3) years of relevant  banking work experience

Place of  Work:Head  Office

Education:To Support the Branch’s effective service delivery to customers and ensure customers are served with a due care and maximum efficiency

Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Economics ,Management Business Administration ,Accounting or related field with three (3)  years of relevant banking work experience
