Job Summary

BDS & Marketing manager is responsible for planning ,organizing ,directing ,coordinating and supervising the business development & marketing activities of the institution ,He/she directs and coordinates market studies to identify opportunities  and problems and liaisons with various  concerned organs of the institution and with other stake holders to promote the institution’s business .Identify and nurture strategic partnership with other organizations and institutions and present concepts and ideas to donors ,partners and peer organizations that influence them to drive innovation and positive change .

Job Requirement

Education:BA /MA/MBA/MSC in Economics Management ,Marketing Management and Accounting and Finance or related  fields of study

Experience:10 Years of relevant work experience out of which 2 in Managerial positions in financial institutions but having relevant work experience in Microfinance industry is more advantageous.Managerial thinking including Emotional intelligence, strategic
