Job Description:The Jobholder is responsible for organizing purchase requests, is involved in the preparation of specifications, handling tender processes ,facilitates technical evaluations ,minutes preparation and purchaser orders. S/he tests sample and follows up of activities of materials and series acquisition including contract administration ,supply of goods, checking per specification and effecting Paymnets. The jobholder ensures all the procurement activities are implemented according to the policies and procedures of the bank.
