Job Title

Assistant Office Manager

Job Requirement 

Duties and Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Prepare all relevant document for building Projects
  • Maintain Control of all project documentation
  • Coordinates and maintains special inspection documentation for the project
  • Maintain and distribute project plans
  • Maintain/update project records
  • Assist the project Manager/Superintendent in creating and distributing the project schedule
  • Understanding project plans and specifications
  • Assist project team with conflict resolution between Owner ,contractor and Consultant;
  • Responsible for Understanding Project plans and answering field personnel questions
  • Assist Project Manager /Owner in getting building codes/regulations
  • Coordinates Project change Order management ,Creation ,Negotiation between Project Manager and Owner’s
  • Conducts and documents weekly project Owner’s meeting/decisions
  • Creates and distributes meeting minutes
  • Assists the Project team with site safety documentation and coordination
  • Assist the project team with documenting job progress Schedule
  • Creating and distributing project closeout material ,O and M manuals to owner once project is Complete/Decision
  • Creates and distribute meeting minutes

  • Creating and distributing project closeout material ,O and M manuals to owner once project is completed
  • Assist the project Accountant with monthly subcontractor billings and pay applications
  • Assist project Manager with assigned tasks

 Major Requirement of the Job

Education: BSC Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Construction Management or related field of study

Experience:4 years of  work experience in Construction Management

Additional Requirements of the Job

  • Excellent Communication skill & Computer Proficiency
  • Ability to motivate distributors and effectively engage/Negotiate with project stakeholders;
  • Ability to facilitate of activities project office
  • Highly Motivated self-starter ,with the ability to think innovatively and work independently
  • Strong relationship and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities
  • Ability to analyze and read data
  • The ability and willingness to travel extensively
  • Operate Engineering Software like Auto CAD,MS Project Microsoft Office and Other related software
