Responsibilities:
- Lead the organization’s Agile transformation efforts by selecting and tailoring Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) that best fit the organization’s unique needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement Agile processes, practices, and ceremonies to drive effective product development and delivery.
- Continuously assess the Agile maturity level of teams and departments and propose adjustments to the transformation strategy as necessary.
- Design and deliver Agile training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions for teams, product owners, scrum Masters, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor Agile teams in best practices, helping them understand and apply Agile principles, values, and techniques to their work.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by encouraging Agile mind set and behaviors.
- Collaborate closely with Agile teams to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Work with teams to implement Lean and Agile principles to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
- Champion the elimination of waste and impediments in the development and delivery pipelines.
- Empower Agile teams to self-organize, make decisions, and take ownership of their work.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration and ensure that teams have the autonomy and authority to deliver high quality products.
- Promote a culture of accountability and collective ownership of projects outcomes.
- Facilitate and promote collaboration among team members, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure transparency in work, impediment removal, and alignment of goals and objectives throughout the organization.
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based environment to enhance team dynamics.
- Define, track, and analyses key performance indicators (KPI) and Agile metrics to measure the progress and effectiveness of Agile teams.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Use metrics to identify areas for improvement and guide teams in making data-backed adjustments.
- Act as a change agent by assisting teams, managers, and leader in understanding and embracing Agile principles, values, and cultural shifts.
- Manage resistance to change and facilitate the adoption of Agile practices at all levels of the organization.
- Develop and excuse change management plans to ensure smooth transitions.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and Agile initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project delivery timelines, scope, and outcomes.
- Establish effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout projects.
- Facilitate conflict resolution within Agile teams and help maintain a positive and productive team environment.
- Address conflicts and impediments that may hinder team performance and delivery.
- Promote healthy discussions and collaboration to reach consensus.
- Stay current with Agile trends, emerging methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Integrate new knowledge and innovations in to the organizations Agile transformation strategy.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and experimentation within Agile teams.

Qualification:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems, Information Management, Information Technology Management, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming and other related fields.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Any additional Agile-related certifications or credentials that demonstrate expertise (e.g., Agile Coach certification, SAFe certifications).
- Evidence of continuous learning and professional development in the field of Agile.
- Evidence of successful Agile transformations, such as case studies, project portfolios, or recommendations from previous clients or employers.
- Strong references or recommendations from previous colleagues or supervisors highlighting Agile leadership and coaching abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of general experience in Agile Transformation.
- Demonstrated success in leading and supporting Agile initiatives in complex organizations.
- Proven track record of implementing Agile methodologies in diverse environments.
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Ability to customize Agile practices to meet organizational needs.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to guide teams and individuals.
