1. Agency, Mobile & Internet Banking Officer I
Qualification & Experience: Bsc Degree in Computer Science, MIS, e-Commerce or related fields plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking industry with proven track records on internet/ mobile or agency banking development for corporate and personal customers.
Job Summary: The job holders is responsible for providing day-to-day, support and ensure, accurate and enthusiastic handling of Digital Channel functions to include Online Banking (consumer and commercial), Online Bill Pay (consumer and commercial), E-statements, Mobile Banking, Mobile Capture, Account Alerts (text), and Product Development for all electronic banking products.
2. Property Administration Officer
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or related discipline, plus a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
3. Contact Center Assistant – Front Office
Qualification & Experience: BSc Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or related discipline plus a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience. This job requires 24/7 shift basis engagement including weekends and holidays.
Skills Required: Speaking and Writing of Tigregna language is mandatory for position No. 3
Place of Work: Addis Ababa for all positions
