Duties:
- The Administrative Assistant is responsible for registering and filing Letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda and other materials.
- Screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor.
- Keeps custody of correspondent files, other confidential materials and petty cash, opens, sorts and routes incoming mail.

Education:
- BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/ Administrative Service Management.
Experience:
- Two/Four years related work experience.
