Administrative Assistant


  • The Administrative Assistant is responsible for registering and filing Letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda and other materials.
  • Screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor.
  • Keeps custody of correspondent files, other confidential materials and petty cash, opens, sorts and routes incoming mail.

Job Requirement:                       



  • BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management/ Administrative Service Management.


  • Two/Four years related work experience.
