MMC is a private Christian medical college committed to providing an excellent education for Ethiopia’s future doctors.
Our mission is to educate medical students in God’s love and equip them to be competent and compassionate,‘servant leader-minded’ doctors, fully-equipped to treat the whole person and capable of future improvement in the delivery of healthcare to all the people of Ethiopia. Our vision is simply to become the nation’s preeminent institution for medical education.
In keeping with our dedication to excellence, MMC has a state-of-the-art facility including a main building housing classrooms, computer lab, histology/pathology lab, library, offices, and the student lounge. A second wing includes a large cafeteria and a 200 /1000 seat auditorium. A third building includes brand new anatomy and microbiology labs. On-site dormitory and brand new library, plus sports facilities just completed. The entire campus is connected to broadband internet, and there are multiple computer terminals for student use throughout the buildings. The medical college houses its own intranet medical library with 1000s of written and video resources. Finally, an international & Ethiopian faculty is committed to developing the finest doctors anywhere.
