Duties:

• The Sr. officer is responsible for recruiting potential customers, maintain existing customers and establish strong business relationship with all customers of the Bank, Establish and maintain rapport with customer on-boarding process and prospect customers, study services against industry and present findings with suggestions for improvement an expansion, and prepare monthly resource mobilization activities and customer on-boarding progress report.

Job Requirement:                       

Qualification:

Education: 

• BA degree in Economic, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or business related field of study .

Experience:

• 4 years of experience in  banking operations out of which 2 years in Interest Free Banking area.
