- Management Assistant is responsible to perform basic knowledge in secretarial duties (organizing records, typing skills, computer basic knowledge & skills, Customer handling & communication skill);
- Registers and files letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda and manage office equipment, screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor.
- BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management/Administrative Service Management.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience .
