Duties:

• Prepare receipt vouchers for cash and check collections.
• Must be able to follow up on monthly payroll.
• Maintains office inventory records and documents purchased.
• Prepare and follow payment of all government taxes.
• Collect all bank slips according to the tax payments.
• Rearrange the payment of bank and government bill slips.
• Collect different tax receipts from customers.
• Reconcile Tax with company ledger.
• Follow up office rent, and other monthly Payments
• Maintain accurate financial records.
• Complete daily accounting tasks and reconciling accounts.
• Must have a good knowledge of Peachtree Accounting.

Job Requirement:                       

Qualification:

Education: 

• BA Degree in Accounting or related fields.

Experience:

• 1 Year & above relevant experience.

Skills:

• Organized and efficient.
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal skill.
• Professional attitude and confidentiality.
• Excellent Computer skills ;Microsoft Office especially excel.

N.B:
