Qualification:

Education: 

• BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or related field of study.

Experience:

• After graduation 8 years of relevant work experience as a quantity Surveyor in similar and /or equivalent high rise building Construction project.

Skills:

• Proven interpersonal communication,
• Fluency in English both spoken & written,
• Highly motivated and those who can execute duties with least guidance are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in micro soft office & general computer software,Auto CAD ,and related engineering Software.
• In- depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of building construction, preparation of specifications for high – rise buildings, quantity surveying principles, and bid document preparation.
