Junior Marketing Officer
Duties:
- Conduct digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and website.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and managing events, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the company’s social media presence and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and tools and identify opportunities to improve the company’s marketing efforts.
- Follow up Marketing Payments and documentation.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print marketing.
- Work with designers to develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Assist in organizing events and promotions to drive brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in managing relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the marketing budget and ensure that all activities are within budget.
Job Requirement:
Qualification:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management.
Experience:
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics
Skills:
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
